    Call Center Manager

    As the Call Center Manager for the day staff in Shugoll's recruitment center, Alicia enjoys supervising an excellent and hard working group of professional recruiters.  She finds market research interesting, fast paced, and enjoys the day to day challenges of her job.

    Alicia studied Marketing and Communications at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.  After college, she went on to work in the advertising industry at DDB Needham in the Media Department as a Media Planner/Buyer for the next 10 years.  She then took a career break to start her family.

    She rejoined the workforce as a phone recruiter for Metro Research Services four years ago and became Call Center Supervisor at their main office.  She joined Shugoll's team in June of 2012 and has really enjoyed working with a company that embodies team spirit, hard work and producing the best results possible for our clients.
